Our cooking classes have been a HUGE success, fun and knowledge for all.

September 16th , 2019, at 6 pm, Chef Antonio and his staff invite you “Behind the Scenes” to prepare a delicious 4 course meal.

After the demonstration, everyone will relax and enjoy dinner.

Beer Cheese Soup – Blended creamy cheeses with a flavorful splash of beer topped with crispy bacon and garlic crostini

Cream puffs with crab meat with avocado cream

Pork Tenderloin (Maiale Ripieno) stuffed with Parma Ham and Mozzarella cheese with tomato sauce

Tazza all mascarpone con fragole – chocolate cups with mascarpone cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries.

The charge is $75.00 pp plus tax and gratuity ( must be prepaid and is non-refundable. It may be applied toward a future class, if cancelled within 48 hours of the class).
