Our cooking classes have been a HUGE success, fun and knowledge for all
On November 15th 2021 at 6 Pm, Chef Antonio and his staff invite you “Behind the Scenes” to prepare a delicious 4 course meal.
After the demonstration, everyone will relax and enjoy dinner.
The menu shall consist of:
Cream puffs with crab meat and avocado cream
Homemade Fettuccine Caprese: with mozzarella fresh tomato and basil
Beef Wellington: Tender filet mignon wrapped with mushrooms, in a flakey pastry, accompanied with port sauce.
Crespelle Umbriachi: Homemade crepes with “drunken” mixed berries and mascarpone cheese
Complimentary glass of house wine. (Red or White)
Reservations required, limited availability.
The charge is $75.00 pp plus tax and gratuity, (prepaid, non-refundable (may be applied toward a future class, if canceled within 48 hours of event).
